The first month's rent is due at the time of signing the rental agreement. Last month's rent in advance to be scheduled in lease. All checks are subject to company approval. All rents payable monthly in advance. Late rents are subject to a 5% late charge. Data sheets must be filled out before signing the lease. Most rentals require a one year lease. Keys will be issued only to those individuals on the Lease Agreement, unless authorized in writing by same.

FURNISHINGS
Furnished apartments include the following: Living Room: sofa, chair, coffee table, end tables; Dining Room: table with 4 chairs; Bedroom: full size bed, dresser or chest of drawers, nightstand.

CARE OF THE PREMISES

Garbage must be taken out regularly and placed in appropriate receptacles to avoid health hazards. Tenants are responsible for keeping landing, stairwell and entrance to apartment clean at all times.

RESTRICTIONS

  • Absolutely NO PETS are permitted
  • Waterbeds and Fish tanks allowed on 1st floor only with special written permission
  • All vehicles MUST be registered at office; unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at owner's expense
  • "NO PARKING" signs must be observed
  • Noisy vehicles such as motorcycles are restricted in parking areas
  • Motorcycles are permitted in designated North Hills areas only by special written permission on an individual basis
  • Snow tires are strongly recommended on automobiles during winter months
  • Parties, loud noise, loud music which disturbs other tenants will not be tolerated

ALL TENANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO OBTAIN THEIR OWN RENTER'S INSURANCE POLICY

There are a number of reputable insurance agents and companies in Morgantown. You may wish to contact any of these listed in the yellow pages for your insurance needs or you may inquire at our office for suggestions of an insurance company that may be able to help you with your desired insurance needs.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Since our properties are located near the West Virginia University Medical Center, the Monongalia County General Hospital and the Mountaineer Football Stadium, public transportation is available. County buses make regular runs on Pineview Drive and North Hills to and from the Monongalia General Hospital and downtown Morgantown. Daily bus schedules may be obtained by visiting the Mountain Line Web site.
